Short description:
Chemical process engineers control production processes in the field of the chemical industry, for example in the production of pulp, fibers and chemicals. They also work in the field of research, supervise large production plants, control them via display screens and help optimize such facilities. They produce the main product of our company.

Plan, control and carry out work processes taking into account the relevant safety regulations, standards and environmental standards.

Evaluate work results and apply quality management systems.

Record technical data of work processes and work results.

Control raw materials, intermediates, end products and production-relevant parameters.

To know, monitor and control physical, chemical and biological processes.

Help with the care, maintenance and repair of the systems.

Perform physical and chemical calculations.

Control large production facilities in control rooms using process control systems, display screens and computer-controlled equipment.
Duration:
4 semesters with a total of 750 teaching lessons
